For years Handley's Auto Repair was next door to this shop. Bob Handley did general auto repair, we did transmissions, and plenty of drivers in southwest Bakersfield used both.
When Bob partnered with All Automatic Transmission, the Handley's operation moved in here and now runs under the AAT name. That is why White Lane is stronger on general repair than a transmission specialist usually is, and why a car booked in for brakes does not have to go anywhere else when the transmission turns out to be the real problem.
