Terms & Conditions

Last updated 21 August 2026. These terms cover your use of this website. They do not replace the paperwork you sign at the shop, which governs the actual work on your vehicle.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an appointment. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to submit anyone's information but your own.

Requests are not appointments

Submitting the form asks us for a time. It does not book one. We will contact you to confirm, and the day and time you selected may not be available.

Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this site is a quote. What a repair costs depends on what we find once we have the vehicle, which is why the diagnostic comes first and why it is free.

Any figure we give you before that is an estimate. We will tell you the price before we do the work.

Warranty

Our warranty terms, including what is covered and for how long, are provided in writing with your repair. What appears on this site is a summary for convenience. Where the two differ, the written terms are the ones that apply.

Financing

Financing is provided by a third party, not by us. Approval, terms, rates and any agreement you enter into are between you and that lender.

Content and accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate, including the transmission and vehicle information, but we cannot promise it is complete or free of errors, and it is general information rather than advice about your specific vehicle.

The text, images and logos here belong to us or to their respective owners. Third-party logos shown are the property of those companies and appear only to identify fleets and vehicles we service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the courts serving Kern County.
