Accessibility Statement

Last updated 21 August 2026. We want this site to work for everyone who needs a transmission fixed, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard, or a phone in bright sun.

The standard we build to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States.

What that means in practice

Text is checked against its background for contrast, and we fix it when it falls short rather than leaving it because it looks acceptable.

Everything you can click can be reached with a keyboard, and the focus outline stays visible so you can see where you are.

If your device is set to reduce motion, the animations here stop. Images carry descriptions. Headings are in a real order rather than chosen for their size. Phone numbers are tappable.

Where we know we fall short

Accessibility is not a box we tick once. Some older photographs carry thinner descriptions than we would like, and third-party pages we link to, such as the financing application, are outside our control and follow their own standards.

Tell us if something does not work

If any part of this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it, and we would rather hear it than have you struggle.

Call (661) 322-2493 or come by any of our five locations. Tell us what page you were on and what happened, and we will fix it and help you get what you needed in the meantime.
