Privacy Policy

When you request an appointment or a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you provide one, and the details of your vehicle and its symptoms, along with the location and time you chose.

We use that to contact you about your request and to carry out the work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We measure traffic without cookies and without tracking you between sites. Each visit is counted against a one-way identifier derived from your IP address, browser and the current date. It changes every day and cannot be reversed to identify you.

When you submit a form we also store a one-way hash of your IP address. That exists only to stop automated spam. Your raw IP address is not stored.

Email notifications are delivered by SendGrid.

The vehicle make and model lists in our scheduler come from the NHTSA vPIC database, a free public service of the US Department of Transportation. Your browser requests those lists directly, so NHTSA receives that request.

If you apply for financing you leave this site for Snap Finance and their own terms and privacy policy apply. If you tap a directions link you leave for Google Maps or Apple Maps.

Images are served from Cloudflare. If tag management is enabled on this site, Google may also receive analytics data.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our own business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

California residents have rights over their personal information, including the right to know what we hold, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for asking.
