Common Ram 2500 & 3500 Cummins problems, and how we fix them

The 68RFE's overdrive clutch struggles to stay locked under load, fluid cooks, and the valve body wears, the transmission gives up under the very towing it was sold to handle. In a rebuild we upgrade these components and improve heat management. Torque-converter shudder is common on both units and we replace it with a properly matched converter. Certain 2022+ Aisin HD trucks are under a 2024 NHTSA investigation for a K1 snap-ring defect (DTC P0731); we diagnose and address it properly.

Worst-case rebuild, and they had it done in a day and a half. The guys worked late and came in early to get me back on the road.
